Q: What does an "Unlocked" phone mean?
A: An unlocked phone is a cell phone that can be setup with any wireless carrier.

Q: What does OEM mean?
A: OEM means that the phone is not loaded with any carrier software. It has generic software and you would need to contact your service provider if you wanted there software on the phone.

Q: What does RB stand for?
A: RB stands for Refurbished. This means the phone was factory refurbished by the manufacturer. The phones look brand new and are fully tested to make sure there are no defects.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: At the present time we can only ship to continental USA 50 states. To order an item if you are outside of the continental USA, please contact us at support@wesellcellonline.com.

Q: When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
A: Items will be shipped once payment is received. Shipping charges are determined the by freight company depending on the service you request. Ex. Overnight or Ground.

Q: Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?
A: This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.

Q: Is my information secure using this site?

Q: What happens when I place an order online?
A: If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipment method, and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Please note that we authorize the amount of the order when you place the order to validate your credit card. Your credit card is charged within 3 days of placing the order.  In the event that the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, you will receive a refund in full for the unavailable product.
