| Here at We Sell Cellular you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and money orders as well. |
| Payment charges |
| After placing an order you will be charged for the item, shipping charges and taxes. |
| Taxes and rates |
| Sales Tax is payable on the total purchase including shipping and handling. To calculate sales tax use this example as a guide. $12 instruction manual reprint plus $2 shipping and handling = $14 x 8.375% (NY City) = $1.17 sales tax. Order total $15.17. |
| Issue with and order |
If you have an issue with the order you received, such as damaged item(s), missing item(s) and other inquiries please contact us at support@wesellcellonline.com and inform us immediately.

| Return a product |
| If you would like to return the product you ordered, you must contact our RMA support at rma@wesellcellonline.com with the order number. They will send you an RMA form to be filled out so you can replace or credit your purchase. Do not send any phones back without an RMA authorization number or the package will be refused. |
| Recieved wrong product |
| If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at support@wesellcellonline.com and inform us as soon as possible. We will either refund your money or send you the correct product once you have completed the RMA form. |
| Cancel an order |
| If you would like to cancel an order paid through a credit or debit card, you must contact us at support@wesellcellonline.com. If you planned on paying with a money order, please contact us and let us know that you would not be paying for the order anymore. |
| Shipment missing item(s) |
| If your order is missing an item when you receive it, please contact us immediately at support@wesellcellonline.com and we will file a claim UPS and send out the missing item. |
| Product arrival issues |
| If you have arrival issues with your order, for example the order it taking too long to recieve, please contact us at support@wesellcellonline.com and we will review the order and take care of the issue. |
| Damaged Item Recieved |
| If the item(s) you received are damaged, please contact us right away at support@wesellcellonline.com. We will call the shipping carrier and get you replacement after an RMA form is completed. |
