In order to take advantage of our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) program please review the following guidelines prior to proceeding with your return.

1. The product must be for repair and/or replacement. Product must have been purchased from We Sell Cellular, Inc. and returned in original box with all accessories.
2. The product must have been purchased from We Sell Cellular, Inc. no more than 30 days after the date on the original invoice.
3. The product must not have come in contact with any liquid substances or show any signs of physical damage if you are returning it for repair/replacement. The box cannot be missing a barcode or have any writing on it or warranty will be voided.
4. The product must be shipped back to We Sell Cellular, Inc. with the RMA form and RMA number on the outside of the box.
